30 days return:

1.Scenarios we accept

3.Express and Shipping


①If the goods are sent back directly without the consent of customer service for return requests, LL will not be responsible for storage, reshipping, refunds and, if necessary, LL has the right to dispose of the stranded goods.


②Please use LL's designated courier company to return goods due to misdelivery or quality issues, etc.


③All returns need to be sent back to the customer first advance shipping costs, cash on delivery express, LL will be rejected by all.


④First time return for personal reasons or first time issue return due to quality issues, customers can get $5 shipping allowance within 3 working days after the courier is signed for at the depot.


⑤Second time for return is not eligible for shipping allowance discount.


4.Refund time


①We will process refunds within 2 business days of the courier picking up the delivery. Refund arrival cycle = refund processing time + bank processing time. The order amount is returned to the original payment method of the order.
